Assedio Sauvignon Blanc DOC 2022

Federico Fedrizzi is one of Italy's youngest agronomist-vineyard owners. The irrepressible passion that animates him can be read in every word and every movement. Federico Fedrizzi's wines are simple and immediate, but never banal. Assedio is a white wine with an aromatic profile made from Sauvignon Blanc and Incrocio Manzoni. Sauvignon Blanc and Incrocio Manzoni are harvested separately, vinified at different times in steel tanks. After the winter, blending takes place.

Grapes: Sauvignon Blanc (100%)

Organoleptic characteristics: White wine with an aromatic profile based on Sauvignon Blanc and Incrocio Manzoni, not very intense straw yellow colour, with balsamic notes and tropical fruit

Pairing: Excellent with shellfish, seafood risottos and white fish; sublime with lobster and lobster dishes. Excellent as an aperitif.
