Grillo Bio DOC 2022

Organic DOC white wine of Sicilian origin. An excellent wine that offers a smooth, easy-drinking drink with a delicate mineral finish. Baglio di Pianetto produces a different, high-altitude Grillo with a sharp freshness.

Grapes: Organic Grillo (100%).

Tasting notes: Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, our Grillo has citrus and floral aromas with notes of orange blossom and Mediterranean scrub. In the mouth it has a good mineral complexity with a marked flavor.

Pairing: Grillo pairs well with fish and seafood hors d'oeuvres, first courses with fish and vegetable sauces, and second courses with fish and seafood. It can also accompany eggs and not very tasty sausages, white meats and some oriental dishes. 2 months in bottle.
