Grapes: Falanghina 100%

Organoleptic characteristics: Straw yellow. Fine-grained, intense and persistent perlage. On the nose it is complex, with floral nuances, citrus notes and hints of bread crust. Dry, warm, soft with a dense texture of bubbles that highlights a silky taste.

Winemaking: At a temperature of 12°C for approximately 40 days. The long Charmat method is applied: refermented at low temperatures in an autoclave for approximately six months, then remains for another two months on the lees.
